Organizations In the Proposal Process

The following organizations have provided documentation and are under review. Our first private funding grants will represent diverse regions of the world with large Muslim populations. Our initial grants will provide the means for a range of support for women seeking justice under the protection of law, opportunity in the workplace in order to support their families, and training so that they may fulfill their leadership potential.

Association for the Promotion of Rural Women (Morocco): APRW provides literacy, vocational training, and income-generating programs for rural women. With a grant from OWI, APRW will reach more than 5,600 young women through a women’s and human rights campaign. The project will also provide vocational and literacy training to more than 460 rural women.
